A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This fee will be deducted from the final balance.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before the event date.
Your booking is not confirmed and your date will not be secured until the booking fee is received and a signed agreement is in place.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Weddings:
If you cancel your booking more than 16 weeks before the event, only the booking fee will be retained.
Cancellations made within 16 weeks of the event date will require 75% payment of the agreed package.
If the event is postponed, your booking may be able to be transferred to a new date (subject to availability). If the new date is unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Coverage
The extent of coverage will be outlined in your agreed package. Any additional hours requested on the day may incur extra charges.
Captured by Kez will make every reasonable effort to photograph/videograph all important moments but cannot guarantee the capture of every individual or detail.
4. Creative Control
Artistic style is at the discretion of Captured by Kez. Clients are encouraged to view past work to ensure it aligns with their vision.
While client preferences are always welcome, specific shots or editing styles are not guaranteed.
5. Delivery
Final edited photos and/or video will be approximately delivered within 12–16 weeks from the wedding date, unless otherwise specified.
Files will be provided via a private online gallery or download link. USBs or physical copies may be available upon request at an additional charge.
6. Copyright & Usage
Captured by Kez retains the copyright to all images and video footage. Clients are granted a personal licence to use, share, and print for non-commercial purposes.
Captured by Kez reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes including website, social media, and portfolio, unless the client requests in writing that their content remain private.
7. Travel & Accommodation
Travel within 30 miles of Shropshire is included. Events beyond this distance may incur additional travel and/or accommodation charges.
All expenses will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.
8. Liability
In the unlikely event of serious injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent Captured by Kez from attending, a suitable replacement will be sought, or a full refund will be offered.
Captured by Kez will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, accidents, or venue restrictions).
9. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for obtaining permission from venues and informing guests of photography/videography taking place.
It is the client's responsibility to communicate any specific shots or requests in advance.
